Dakshina Ghosh, a full time trainer with Upgrade, Hotelier by profession, and a pass out of IHM, Trivandrum, started her career with the Oberoi group as a Management Trainee, before becoming Asstt. Manager Front Office.
Equipped with her management experience she set up the training department at The Park, Kolkatta and the moved on to join Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi to take over their training department. She trained staff on Food and Beverage in the Catering department, and conducted Customer service skills training for the front office and house keeping staff. She freelanced as a trainer with a placement agency specializing in entry level staff placements in the service sector and call centers at Bangalore. Her strength contribute to training for upgrading customer services and conducting Mystery customer Audits.
