Stefan Bannach

Stefan is a professional project manager and trainer with 6 years experience in the public and NGO sector.

He is operating training modules in the fields of job exchange and career development, fun events and youth work. Based with a commercial training enterprise in Germany since 2005 and running his own business as a freeclimbing-trainer in Berlin, his dedication is to motivate people and guide them on their ways beyond boundaries. That is certainly no wonder, being a scout leader and trustee for more than 10 years.

He is a skilled researcher with a degree (MA) in sociology from the university of Hamburg, an expert on project evaluation and skilled in the writing of concepts. As a research associate with the university of applied sciences Landshut, Germany, he assessed and helped to improve government services related to childhood poverty in 2002.

His academic studies took Stefan to Stellenbosh, South Africa, for a year, where he researched within the field of Cultural Studies and community development. Since then he is dedicated to trainings in inter cultural communication and sociology.Well equipped with these experiences he worked as consultant in development cooperation for organizations like GTZ, DED and the political magazine Afrika Sd since 2004, on topics like civil-military cooperation, evaluation and regional topics.

Stefan is married and lives in New Delhi and Hamburg.
