Upaul Majumdar

Upaul Majumdar, a founder Director of the Company and Principal Consultant, having an extensive and rich experience of over 19 years with the service industry. He has been instrumental in the training and development of people in the field of Customer Care, Team Working, Managing Customer Relationships, Change Management, Self-Development and tackling Issues in Managing People. Selling Skills with focus on developing and building strong Relationships, is his forte. He has worked on consultancy assignments and training of employees within service sensitive organisations for building in a high degree of personalised Service Delivery. His training workshops are conducted across a wide spectrum of industries ranging from Hospitality, Travel, Banking, Food Services, Industrial, Telecom, Petroleum to High value Retailing.

A thorough professional, he has set up customer care and customer service operations and tackled various aspects of management system like controls, financial systems, profitability, selling and marketing of services etc.  Starting his career with Oberoi Hotels and then working with Jet Air, Upaul has personally experienced and driven teams that consistently met the challenges of delivering to extremely demanding customers. He is an alumni of the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in Marketing.
