Anil Rajan

A Hotelier by profession, Rajan has a vast experience in the hotel industry which has largely been in the area of Food & Beverage service. After finishing his Masters in M.A. English from Delhi University, he joined The Oberoi, New Delhi. He worked with Oberois for 32 years as a Senior Supervisor and during his tenure, had the opportunity to handle various Food & Beverage outlets including Fine Dining Restaurants, Fast Food outlets, Bars and the high profile Executive Club at The Oberoi, New Delhi. During his tenure in Chinese restaurant Taipan for three years, the restaurant has bagged The Best restaurant in Delhi, judged by Times food. Handled the most prestigious club Belvedre for four years. He got to know all top industrialists of India.
