The Vital Link was set up
three years ago as a subsidiary of Upgrade Management
Services Pvt Ltd. Quite a few companies for whom we
conducted training sessions were conducted wanted
us to obtain candidates for them. Taking this initiative
forward we set up The Vital Link.
We focus in placing people
in service and related sectors and work across segments.
We do not believe in vast
numbers of candidates for you to interview, but ensure
a high quality of candidates instead. This is done
by understanding your specific needs, finding a good
job/man fit, previewing candidates thoroughly and
sending select people to you.
The Vital Link adheres to
the principle of long term relationships and hence
believes that a candidate is as essential as its Business
clients. Every resume received is considered important
and the profile matched for the jobs at hand. We counsel
the candidates to what the employer wants and whether
his or her profile would suit them.
