Rajesh Chatterjee

A Hotelier by profession, Rajesh has a vast experience in the hotel industry which has largely been in the area of Food & Beverage service. After finishing his graduation from the Delhi University, he joined The Oberoi, New Delhi in 1978. He worked with them for twenty seven years and during his tenure, had the opportunity to handle various Food & Beverage outlets including Fine Dining Restaurants, Fast Food outlets, Bars and the high profile Executive Club at The Oberoi, New Delhi. Beside these, he also spent three years in the Banqueting Department. During his tenure, the Thai Restaurant at The Oberoi, Baan Thai was given the Best Restaurant award for three consecutive years, by Times Food, the booklet which rates Food & Beverage outlets in Delhi. He also worked at The Oberoi Babylon, Baghdad in Iraq for two years. He has also been involved in training the Food & Beverage service team at Country Inns and Suites at Jaipur, Chanakya Hotel in Patna and The City Club, Gurgaon.
